Life is busy and you don't have time to be spending hours transporting your pc around and waiting in line to to discuss your pc issues.

That's why when you contact us, we discuss the issue you are having and arrange for pickup of your equipment from your residence at a time that is convenient for you.

Once we diagnose the issue, we perform the repair and deliver to you usually the next day. If it should need hardware, we call you first to get approval before we proceed.

Residential Service Fees

The standard PC Pickup/Delivery Service costs - $95 plus GST (2- 3 day business days for professional PC diagnostics and/or repair to find out what is wrong and fix it.) (this does not include hardware or software cost should there be any).


If after diagnostics are complete and no hardware replacement is needed we will proceed to: 

  • Virus Check / Removal:  Remove all viruses, spyware, malware, trojans, etc . If you do not have Antivirus installed on your device.  We will install one of the Brand Name Antivirus (Norton, McAfee, Bitdefender, Kaspersky) for a fee of $35 which is valid for one year and subject to your approval before installation.
  • Drivers: Ensure all system drivers are correct/compatible and up to date.
  • System Tune-Up: A thorough inspection and scan of your system software will determine how best to address the slow speed issue. Our scan detects registry issues as well as unwanted browser files and window files that may not be readily visible.
  • File Clean Up: We often find hundreds of internet and operating system temporary files that should be removed to free up space on the hard drive. Most users are surprised to learn how many of these files are on their computers, and they are even more surprised to learn how these can adversely affect the performance of their computers.

A: Yes, in many cases we can recover deleted data. We recommend you stop using the computer immediately. The more you use the computer after you deleted the files the more difficult it becomes to recover deleted data. 

A: Most repairs take 1-3 business days to complete. If parts are required and need to be ordered....repairs may take longer.

A: If you do not have antivirus or if yours has expired, then we can install Brand Name Antivirus
